i keep getting limited
 

I was just about ready to get started back up again.

Let me just start:
I been living in the same town for a while now, same ip and been making several accounts, like 2 years ago i was able to have mulitple paypal accounts on one 1 ip address and i have been completly flagged, like i try to make accounts on other ip addresses in the same town (such as a friends house whom do not have an ebay or paypal account). Yet they still seem to get limited, i recieve payments in the range from $1000-5000 and get limited instantly and its starting to piss me off.

This is how i make my stealth accounts:(maybe this is why i am getting limited? am i doing it wrong?)

1.) I 411.com a random name and use there complete name.
2.) i get a gift card from a bank, and i change the name to that i found on 411.com, i just copy it name for name.
3.)false email.
4.) i then can make the paypal account, i verify the credit card right away to lift my limit. and sometimes i add a bank account to, so i can recieve unlimited money, instead of the $2000 limit. sometimes i can spend the money, and then a few hours later, i seem to be limited and i have like 22 different disputes and the money i bought **** with is returned.


am i doing something wrong?

Maybe start off smaller rather than 1000-5000, make sure you're being safe with cookies and IPs, double and triple check

If u create everything perfect and you receive payments $1000- $2000 payments on a new account that's a huge flag u need to build up to that and wait . Once ur account gets passed that probation period . And than start increasing the amounts gradually .

$1000-5000 range for FIRST payments is WAY too big - can you look at DIFFERENT payment provider...are your sales only on eB?

my sales are not on ebay, people do not use other payment options, they are just stuck on PayPal, i would use amazon payments or something else if people actually used them.

if i bought an account off this forum do you think i would be able to recieve high payments like this?

If it isn't eBay related. You should suggest another payment method. There are quite a few out there. PayPal for those kind of transfers will be a dead end always.

Agree bigtime with vogeltron here - don't use PP for this then, explore other options right away.

About buying a forum account...you would still have to BUILD it...cant do this right away...too large of a payment.

Lol you cant get that big of a payment but have you tried making each ebay/paypal account on a diffrent user on your OS?

That's what I was going to say download3000. I don't see where you created a new user.
