What happened that you stopped using this account?

If you have a buyers' refund issue, you may not get the account back

no my old paypal was limited, so i use a new paypal with an old ebay

A limited PayPal and an eBay account restricted for a buyers protection refund is trouble.

Even though you put a new PayPal to that account, eBay may not let you sell again. And PayPal will limit you again.
