setting up US Stealth accounts in Canada

Hi,

Does anybody here tried successfully setting US stealth in Canada?
How do you keep the accounts? By:

IP Address
Bank Account
Physical Address

I know there are sellers of virtual Banks and Credit cards...but what are the most important thing to consider about setting US accounts.

I have made US accounts from Canada with US IP and US bank account - few posts of mine about this
