I am new, just signed up and also purchased Ebay Stealth and read quite a bit in this forum. The ebook was great, thanks! Thought I would share with you that Moneybookers operates much like paypal and is available to Canadians. It is a bit cheaper than some of the others but the best part is that it is on ebay's approved list for payments. Most of the others on the approved list are either not available to Canadians or are just Interac money transfers with no credit card payment capability. Be prepared to verify your credit card with the amount deposited and to receive a letter at a physical address for the address verification step.
Can anyone tell me what verifications ebay Canada does for ebay and paypal? Also, if you become limited, what are the requirements to lift.

For ebay, its CC and now phone verification as well for selling. For paypal, CC, bank account and phone, but you can also confirm address by mail.

if your account gets limited it depends if it's due which situation the acct was limited. If you were selling they will ask for photo ID utility bill and invoice of suppliers etc.
