i will be shipping from china where my supplier is so im thinking it dosnt matter where i get an account, UK or US. i live in canada. even though its not advised i will be invoicing this account for services to transfer funds to main paypal in canada which is an established business account. this will be temporary and only 2 invoices per acct (3) will be made. so.. does it really matter if i get a US or UK ebay/paypal?
also wondering why theres such a price difference between the 2. us premium avg $250USD, uk premuim avg 250GBP. 250GBP=$400USD.

You will need to work out how to acess the UK or US PayPal. You will need the correct IP address.
Overall a pretty flawed plan IMO. Sending between accounts is just never a good idea, even if it is just one or two times.
As for the price difference. In the US they have VBA's which can be used to verify a PayPal account. In the UK we do not have VBA's so real bank accounts need to be used, that makes them much more expensive.

ANYWAYS.. my 9 year old ebay acct with 3515/$63000CAD is suspended.. ive been familiarizing myself with the stealth guide for the past 2 weeks and looking at ebay/pp accts in the market place. but seems like if i wanted to get back to where i was i would need about 15x 100/5000 limit accts and work them up.

Then you start off again and work your way back to where you were.
Most users get back better than they were doing before suspension.

make sure to have multiple paypals if you dont want to link . Send no more than 200$ per account per month and make small buys on each account your sending money to that sends to your main.
