I was under the impression that if a buyer doesn't show that they returned the item to you, you don't have to refund. Someone on the forum said thats not true. Now I am really confused. With all the return changes can anyone help me out? I read all the threads I could and checked Ebay. Very confused. Thanks

yes, for example say someone says the item isn't as described. Don't they have to send it back with tracking and prove I got it?

Yes and no it gets a little grey with ebay, sounds funny but it really does. I personally do not deal with any of that if they dont want it communicate with the buyer resolve it. Do not think as the seller think as a judge and your judging your favorite grandchild this being the buyer. Yes you make rationale decisions but always remembering pp and ebay lean strongly towards the buyer.
