i want to know if vba BOA work on canadian paypal?

I havent tried to add a US bank account in quite sometime to Canadian pp. As of mid last year, it was difficult to auto-add...it was being done by calling in to PP.

You might have to try it and report back. Vba would only work if 2 deposits are done - not instaverify.

Technically speaking the answer is yes it would work.
But like rsot says you might have to work a bit to get it done.
