Simple thing: change your ip address

It's a lot to do with IP - many ways to get US IP.

According to my reading, the IP address has to be within 100 km
of your account address or it sends up red flags.

Need same country IP or PP will revert to the country IP's correct platform (e.g. .ca, .com, .co.uk, etc.)

but what will happen if he will open US Ebay with CA IP??

You can sign into US Ebay but if TRY to create an account with a Canadian address...it will FORCE you to eb.ca (I have tried).

You can however create an account on eb.ca then SELL an item on eb.com...

Use VPN or VPS services from US to create your accounts

Yes can easily get a US ip using a VPN/VPS, but also plan on how you will withdraw etc
