Do you guys know what parts of the IP changes for Rogers, Bell, Telus?

I know Fidos only the last 2 sets change 123.123.xxx.xxx

and Wind only the last set changes 123.123.123.xxx

So according to you Wind has only 256 different IP addresses that they offer to their entire clientele?
I find that highly unlikely...

generally speaking wind has a smaller pool of ip compared to its larger peers
I would go for bell because the ip pool is even larger than fido

its like 123.xxx.xxx.xxx
or else sometimes even xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
like mine start with say 200 and sometimes start with 181 so the pool set is definitely large

I use Bell myself - much larger pool and decent service - I couple it with my dialup operations - better savings
