Is this transaction completed or not?

On my ebay account I received an order as above, but I am confused because there is no money put into my paypal account. What does it mean by"payment initiated and is being processed"? The order was placed 5 days ago, but I didn't ship it..any suggestion?

Looks like the payment is being processed by paypal - perhaps an echeck? or maybe under review?
Did you try contacting the buyer to see what he has to say?

I tried to send invoice, but there's no such option and I sent customer, please complete the transaction.

I had an issue where I accidentally edited the Paypal address when listing an item and it prompted the buyer to send payment to an invalid email... this is unlikely but you should double check the email that the buyer sent it to.

If I remember correctly I canceled that payment that was waiting to be processed and resent an invoice with the correct email

For me, the hourglass appears for the first transaction in the account, which needs to be accepted manually.

Not always the case but you're right that it is a possibility when an e-mail is not confirmed

I recently got paid for a sale by echeque, PayPal said don't send item out until the echeque clears and there is the hourglass symbol on that item as well, so I am awaiting the clearance of said echeque. The buyer has a bit of a crazy name as well so I am being extra cautious with that sale.
