limit increased on suspended account
 

today the limit on one of my accounts was increased from 40 item/$900 to 420 items/$19 000 ... funny thing is that the account is suspended for 30 days.. has this happened to anyone before? i have 3 top rated power seller accounts and i have not received any limit increases since 2013 and wasn't expecting to ever receive an increase due to the fact each account has been suspended multiple times for 3, 7 & 30 day periods..

i dont know why this account received the increase and not the others first.. the other 2 accounts have more sales for the year and around the same defect rate ( .5-1% )

Hmm wonder what auto-flags got tripped up NICELY to get that limit increase following a suspension...haven't had this happen....and haven't been suspended in a long long time

are you actually suspended or do you have a selling restriction?

because i doubt any 'closed' account could receive a limit increase lol

Limit raises are automatic. if you meet certain criteria you will get the raises.

not if you are suspended... think about it...Before a suspension, your account gets put on 'hold'. Your history etc gets removed & then you get the 'you are not a registered user' displayed across your profile.

If you are not a registered user.. you cannot get limit increases.

for him to 'know' he is suspended for only 30 days, says he is talking about a selling restriction. Then it is possible.

I interpreted it as a 30 day selling suspension.

Although I wouldn't put it passed ebay to increase a NARU account :FF:

hi yes sorry i meant selling restriction, i was about half way through a 30 day selling restriction when they increased the limit
