Can Canadian paypal use paypal shipnow page now?

i used to print canada post label via paypal.com/shipnow.
However, this link doesn't work for me today.
Do you Canadian have the same issue?
Is there other way to print canada post label?
The canada post official label shipping website doesn't work for me and i need to print canada post label.

The shipnow page has always worked for me. There's a possibility that the server might be experiancing problems right now.

If you need to ship your things urgently, consider taking the packages to a post office as a last resort.

This paypal link worked for me last week but today it doesn't work.
I have tried both chrome and ie and i still cannot open the print label link.

I saw on the paypal forum that shipnow is discontinued for Canadian users.
US users are not affected.
Canada post counter rate is so high.

Thanks. CP online shipping tool is so much complicated than the paypal shipping but I guess there is no other option now.
