Some questions on Canadian eBay stealth account
 

So I have that stealth account that I created like, eh a little less than 4 years ago
I started buying some small stuff needed in life to build up the fbs (value ranging from few bucks to ~40$
that lasted for about a few months then I started putting some small stuff for selling as well, for around 10$ each kind of random stuff lying around the house
then i got a Vero strike for a bs book for no reason
so I set this account aside, now that I was thinking of restart using it would it be wiser to just start a new stealth account or a vero strike more than 3 years ago won't haunt me down?? Another stealth account I had like 2 veros in 2 years and inactive for like 3 years as well, worth reactive or just ditch it.

I know that i shouldnt be using the same IP address between my stealth accounts, and at home i read that they use a router to get new IP with some clicks, but would these IP be random or something you can select? is it possible that you get a repeated IP between account switches? Is public IP (library, coffee shops, etc.) a good idea at all? (I did that on one of my stealth account for like a year)

I am not planning on big selling on each stealth account, roughly 700$ per month (I think that's their limit for "newer" sellers) I just want to get rid of my stocks and maybe ditch ebay once for all(they randomly ask for IDs on one of my main stealth account and the friend I registered as left the country like 3 years ago)

aged account always better than brand new ones, if u can dig those out and reuse them, will be much safer to use, of course none of those account info related to any suspended ones. about the IP, switch router together with reset modem will generate a new IP, but when u switched to next IP, the previous IP won't be used and it likely will be generated by other uses, so you won't get the same IP specifically to each router every time. public wifi same problem, each log in to ebay will show different IP, that will raise an alarm.
