Sending only paypal, easiest solution for canadian?
 

Hello!

I need verified paypal accounts for sending only! I am not selling anything and most likely will never receive any money on those accounts. It needs to be verified. I live in Canada.
So, I was looking for solutions and came to this forum and read some stuff and this is what I have so far:

1. I can buy or create US paypal and verify with VBA. But, I am not sure if I can fund this paypal or VBA from Canada. Anybody knows?

2. I can buy canadian paypal from guy here. But it is coming with ebay account and stuff so I would pay extra what I don't need.

3. I can create paypal and chequing accounts all over the great land of Canada to use for paypal verification - this one seems easiest and cheapest. Am I right?


What is the safe amount I can start spending right away? Do I need to warm up?
