eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - BMO Bank & other Canadian banks info

Have been trying with RBC USD high interest esavings acct with the proper steps and not working. Trying with the RBC USD personal chequing acct - still no deposits after 1 business day.

Anyone with an update on what works to avoid that 2% paypal fee?

Proper tip epimetheus - as for the 2% fee...are you talking about the conversion? Or....?
