German prepaid cards
 

Hi guys, does any one know if there are prepaid cards in Germany you can buy without ID (like ones in the US) and than register online? I think I once heard about one but I cannot remember the name and it was about 2 years ago.
I know some one in Germany and they can buy me that kind of thing but I need to know if it exists.

And if yes, can they be used to withdraw PayPal? If I let's say create a Cyprus PP account, can I attach that kind of card to it and withdraw money (Cyprus seem to have withdraw to card option)?

i´m from germany.
Yes we´ve got prepaid credit cards here but you can´t buy them in the supermarket. You can buy them online but it needs to have a real name and adress to be send to. I tried them several times for amazon accounts. The problem is only that when you want to buy or charge the card the systems gets a notice that it is not a "real" credit card but "only" a prepaid one.

My paypal dosent accept uquid vcc.... why??

Mywirecard card is a big player in Germany, Payoneer use them

need deposit money to your card then it should be work , bjt withdraw to card need full verified id and address

I`we had read somewhere that now Paypal can check for names when registering bank account.
Anyone can confirm that,or it is just hearsay.

You card need verified in order to accpet. Id card plus address should verified

All the prepaid debit cards with "dedicated IBAN" do they work with mis-matched names?
