You would go outside and go to your local supermarket.

They may stock gift cards that may work.

What about AVS? I can get a prepaid from a local bank, but looking the form they do not require even an address, is that common?

I bet paypal has some standards for prepaid cards they accept?

I think paypal blocked my ability to confirm a card, probably they will require a call to costumer service...

Any previous experience with this?

I have a legitimate card to use, but is at the same address as a previous frozen account. Name/Surname is different though. Should I risk it? Are they going to freeze the account right away or at least I ll have the time to withdraw the money?

Local shop in Greece, in the town/city where you live



Do NOT use that card at all. All your funds will be frozen.

PayPal will even reverse the withdrawal. Be very careful.
