eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

I have been researching for a couple weeks now and can't find anything. I hope someone here can help. I am looking for a VCC that has AVS or that works with online stores that do the AVS check. It also needs to be available in Canada.

Moneymart has one of those.
Canada post is another place you could find one.
hey come with a routing number and bank account number as well so you can add them as both the VCC and the VBA to a Canadian paypal account.
Never tried those myself and I know that in the US these sort of cards do not work with mismatched names. No idea if its the same way in Canada - only one way to find out.
