If someone with a Banned paypal tried to get back on eBay with a ProPay account will they be banned or linked?

i think it would be treated like merchant acc.

so i can open a new ebay wth my real name, the open a propay with my real name? I guess my question is will propay tell them my SSN? because if they do then this wont work

Hi. I am no expert here, but I don't think it will. ProPay isn't owned by ebay and does not share your information when you keep a separate account. I still use the ProPay I owned when my old ebay account was suspended. But I had my propay account before ebay started trying to use them as a third party ...

SO ... just to safe, dont use the option to register ProPay with ebay until you are certain it is safe. Just simply state in your auctions that you accept ProPay and always send a ProPay invoice directly from ProPay.

More work, but safer.

I'm not sure. But monday my paypal acct got limited. Tuesday I added Paymate to my ebay acct, a few minutes later I was suspended.
