Paypal Withdraw to EUR VCC
 

When making a withdrawal to a VCC from PayPal what exactly does PayPal check about that VCC?
It checks if the name and address that are registered on the VCC match the ones in PayPal?
I'm asking as I want to have the VCC in a different address than the one in PayPal. By address I mean the street, zip and city. The country and the name will match the ones in PayPal.
Will that be ok?

If it's non-AVS then nothing

Or if it's an AVS card then it just checks the numbers in the address, for example 1, South Street, London, SW104RT, it just checks the house number and numbers in postcode

They don't check name, but you would need to see if the card issuer accepts deposits in different names. If it's a bank issued card then probably not

thanks for the input on the matter. it's going to be cards like loadoo and only the address will differ ( street, city, zip ). Name and country will match so I guess I'm going to be ok since it's non-avs.
