OK so lets say i got some paypal accounts ready to go. In order to get the cash in my hands can I just use paypal to load a pre paid credit card then go to atm and take out cash? If so does anybody know of a prepaid card that i could get anonymously and load with funds from paypal?

The paypal plugin now require social security so it may be an issue for you

You would not have to use the plugin if you could just send money from paypal account to prepaid account. I think?

Is there some reason you can't or don't have a bank account to transfer your money into?

I have also wondered if there is a way to get a prepaid CC without using the plugin. I wonder if there is a Prepaid CC that accepts paypal for payment.

there are ways to do it. my source for cards is apparently down right now so I'm of no help. check out talkgold. those guys are always looking for anonymous cards :spy: but most of those guys are crooks so be careful.

i dont know of any anonymous cards that will let you add money.. that would make life WAY too easy for scammers

^^^^^^ yeah I've only found a few platinumone card & everestcard. but they both fell as soon as the scammers jumped on.

I believe US law requires a SSN on all reloadable cards or gift cards in excess of $500. I'm only aware of 2 ways around this:

1) Foreign Cards / Banks (probably limited by Ebay / PP)
2) Corporate bank accounts (EIN)

You can also find businesses offering bank account "nominee services." Ie You give power of attorney to a registered agent who fills out all of the bank forms in his name. Catch is, he has complete access to all of your money. It's also very expensive with annual fees. Plus, US law still requires him verify your identity somehow. Although, most of these agents will take a scanned passport / id that's easily ⊗⊗⊗⊗d.

I think so to, it looks like there are no known prepaid credit cards that you can remain anonymous.

Certainly no cards that will accept a transfer of funds from paypal exist.
