I believe US law requires a SSN on all reloadable cards or gift cards in excess of $500. I'm only aware of 2 ways around this:
1) Foreign Cards / Banks (probably limited by Ebay / PP)
2) Corporate bank accounts (EIN)
You can also find businesses offering bank account "nominee services." Ie You give power of attorney to a registered agent who fills out all of the bank forms in his name. Catch is, he has complete access to all of your money. It's also very expensive with annual fees. Plus, US law still requires him verify your identity somehow. Although, most of these agents will take a scanned passport / id that's easily ⊗⊗⊗⊗d. |
