Simon Giftcard overcharge????
 

I bought some online intangible goods today for $65 and I used the wrong simon giftcard cause I have so many of them and it only had $3 on it. So it declined my payment but I still got the item. What will happen now? I believe its the sellers fault for not processing payment as I was buying goods and instead did it about 1 hour later. The site won't let me buy stuff anymore and put my account on hold until I pay the balance. I don't care about that, but Simon/Visa isn't going to care then right?(Don't see why they would as they aren't out any money just the stupid company). Its the seller websites fault IMO for waiting so long to charge. Is this all going to be ok?

Looks like you got a free item unless you want to make it right with the seller.

The advantage of making it right is that your account will be OK for any future dealings. But really you were the one using the card so you should have known what balance you had available.:peace:
