VCC issue
 

Hello,

So I have created a stealth account (country Lithuania). I need to confirm and verify it now.

And this thing came to my mind: what exactly paypal can see relating cc and bank account?

There are many VCC suppliers in this forum and their VCCs are issued in different countries: Vietnam, Indonesia, Ukraine etc.

Would this be an issue that my paypal account is registered in Lithuania, but the CC(VCC) that I attach is issued in another country?

It doesn't cause an issue aslong as the card isn't blacklisted. :)
