Way to cash out OneVanilla on PayPal?

How is it done properly?
Does it need to be verified first like a VCC, or require a VBA first?

I've succeeded a cash out to Paypal before, but forgot what happened.
What I do is send an invoice link from my main stealth Paypal (on VPS). I use a VPN to receive the invoice/email, then pay it there with OneVanilla. So far, when I straight order as a credit card (without a registered Paypal), it doesn't go through.

I guess it needs a VBA, or registered Paypal first right?

Is this a prepaid gift card youre trying to cash out?
If so - why not just use it instore and cash it out tat way instead of getting things overly complicated with paypal?

^^All the onevanilla cards say "no cash or ATM access", but I guess you could have meant just spending the money in stores which is the route most take.

I completely understand what you're doing but I don't understand why. I saw an American Greed a few weeks ago where a school district supplier was paying school district employees kickbacks through prepaid gift cards (and then writing those cards off as business expenses lol). Is there something like that going on here? Or is this some kind of dark web cash out method? Anyone making accounts with this type of card is putting the minimum of $20 on the card at purchase, and then generally using that $20 for gas money or groceries. You must be trying to cash out much larger prepaid cards.

It's prepaid gift card, so I don't think these can cash out in California stores. I just want to convert it to cash, like this tutorial here:

Lol something like that, but not from a school district supplier. This is a cash out method. Not those $20, $50 limit ones. It's the ones to load anything up to $500 max.

If its a prepaid gift card then you CAN cash it out - in ANY store.
That's the whole point of a VISA prepaid gift card...

You cant keep adding money to gift cards. You can get a refund back to it but thats about it. Reloadable is different. You need to give your social and actual address to get a permannat card.

And NO, American Greed is not a dark web thing. He was just stupid and gave the IRS his gift card reciepts like a dumbass thinking he could show them as write offs.
