Entropay alternative

I like entro pay but using the virtual card to make purchases on ebay to dropship, the topping of fee is getting bit up there. I know MyCashPlus has monthly fee and no topping fee but haven't used their website yet as it seems scattered.

Is there any sites like entropay where i can do like a flat monthly fee with unlimited topping (no pun intended) or lower topping fee?
