Trying to fund stealth paypal, please help :)

I need to fund my stealth paypal account, I am a buyer not a seller. cant use bank account or legit cc obviously. Please help with suggestions
I have been looking everywhere for the solution for 2 days now and this is what I have come to ;

-There are several reloadable VCCs online and in forums but these are ridiculously expensive with loading fees etc. = not worth

-There are services like WireX,Loadoo,Entropay,Cryptopay, but these are either not working in USA or are banned by paypal and no longer work.

-Vanilla gift cards. Sold physically in stores in USA, are non-reloadable, come in 50, 100, and 200, (it seems). This seems to be my best solution so far for funding my stealth paypal account BUT I have read so many mixed reviews about vanilla gift cards working or not working on paypal. This is really annoying me but I will try to get a $20 card tomorrow and see if it works.

Are there any other methods? What is your opinion or suggested solution for each of the ideas I have listed?
Any information would be greatly appreciated, I am fairly new to this but really trying hard to research this so I can create a good stealth paypal account.
