Wavecrest cards paying from them

Hello, I am ahving issues paying from wavecrest cards, When i pay for some reason it doesn't allow me to make a purchase it's processing and then it's in my basket again, is anybody else having issues paying via paypal from Wavecrest cards?

this has happened to me also, i treied to use loadoo funds to buy something but it didnt go through...
