US Banks issuing virtual cards?
 

Hello,

Do you happen to know any banks providing virtual cards like BOA does with credit cards?

I would need a solution for a normal checking account with debit account, not for credit.

Can you please offer me?

If you are talking about a Virtual Bank account number, there are PLENTY of those around, but if you are talking about some sort of Virtual Debit Card that's attached to some kind of virtual Bank account, I have never heard of something like that, I cannot see how something like that could even exist

Basically what I would need is not a VBA number. I’m looking for a solution for virtual debit / credit card solutions attached to a brick and mortal USA bank account. Like BofA offering ShopSafe. Anything like that you know about?

A lot of banks used to offer Virtual cards like that years ago, but as Website Shopping Cart Security improved, and secure encryption improved, banks did away with them. I remember the Bank of America Virtual card, as well as one from Chase and Citibank. The closest thing might be a TD Bank giftcard, but it is not directly tied to your bank account
