Is entropay still ok to use for ebay seller fees?

I wouldnt risk using Entropay with a US based account.
So many other easy options that theres no need to do so.

^^Agreed. I don't know if Entropay BIN/IIN's are blacklisted for eBay payments. But with all the problems they've caused in other area's.. it's probably better to just pay another way.

any other decent options besides a prepaid gift card, credit card or paypal?

I have a merchant account with this particular Ebay account so I cant use paypal to pay EBAY seller fees.

Just use your business debit card dude. That's what I've always done with my merchant account/ebay account.
