Prepaid Cards For 2017 Confirmation

So which cards best work for PayPal/ ebay confirmation, which methods are currently working now, I've read up and down through the forums about the different cards, but some of the threads are a little outdated,
you hear some people talk about a specific card they say it works, & some say it just doesn't work


can some one add more light to the topic,as certain people might not be comfortable with buying vccs just yet starting out, or they might have certain issues holding them back from doing online purchases

Do they show up as "prepaid" card in your PP wallet like most other stealth-friendly cards now do?

How can you set a stealth zip code on the citibank vcc?

Prepaid cards are not recommended to be used unless the papypal account is in your name. They are very strict when deposits are not in your name.
