What to Do and What Not to Do with VCC/VBA Accounts
 

Okay so from reading the stealth guide and other posts I need to open a VCC and VBA to confirm on PayPal. Once that's done, I change the info to a real CC/Bank Account right?

For buying a VCC/VBA account, how does it work? Do I pay a prepaid amount for the accounts and provide them the stealth info?

Also, I realize I would be providing mostly stealth info, but will the seller have access to sensitive info such as, account password and bank account info? How do I prevent giving sensitive info to VCC/VBA sellers?

In general, you don't give out anything.
The info is ready to use.
