VCC for Amazon? Please help!
 

Hi!

I've been digging into older threads on VCCs but was unable to find a defacto answer to my question. It's in regards to Amazon and not eBay/Paypal.

Do some VCCs or gift cards still work for Amazon setup? If so, can someone please, please shed some light on which ones currently do?

When registering for a new account yesterday, I tried a new CC I specifically got for this account, but had to input it on Amazon with a different name because I'm scared of it getting flagged. Unfortunately, it didn't work, and my selling privileges were removed today with an email saying they'll re-instate it after a new CC is supplied.

Any help greatly appreciated!!!

Not 100% sure this is accurate and if I am wrong, please correct me but I think that they are not saying which prepaid cards work anymore because Amazon is reading the forums. So if they know of one, they will ban it? Maybe Amazon Ghost will be updated soon with a list of the cards that do work.

Also, I am currently trying to work out the details for my new account. I thought that only the address and zip code had to be the same when registering the stealth account and that Amazon didn't check the name. Hoping someone else contributes to this thread because there is always the "what if this happens to me too" :(

No one can see the name on the card

Was this a real credit card that you used or some type of prepaid one?

also was the card address verified? i think they can see the address.
