Issue with card verification
 

Hello , Аfter 1 month of use of Paypal in the UK I was asked to verify the data. Asked for address documents and confirmation of the card .My account is stealth. I made a driver's license and electricity bill. Because I do not have access to the originally registered VCC,I tried to to attach a new one, but did not allow me. Then I deleted the old one and and I tried to put it back and got up. The next day, however, I was limited to everything. I can neither send nor receive money anymore. I can not delete the old card. I tried with VBA but it did not happen there. Is there a problem with VBA and VCC my provider or from Paypal. I received an email that I exceeded the limit and I need to confirm the requested information to let start again.
What can I do in this case?Will they drop it if we add an account with an address? Can you do me in a UK with an address that I give ?

How did you create the account? It's a pp uk account? Or pp.com account being used in the UK? Please clarify.

I bought this account ready and supposedly with raised limits. It was made for UK Paypal and Ebay
