Hi,
I have verified Entropay account and veryfied PayPal account but with different person names. Do you know if I can send money from my Entropay to this other person’s PayPal account?

You can add the VCC to the PayPal if you want to

It will not work, Entropay doesn't accept name mismatched withdraws.

By the way, what card you used to top up entropay?
I am trying to find some VCC which will work fine with them, but for now without a luck...

+1 can't find a way to topup, all cards getting ejected even the ones from brick & mortar banks ffs
