Hi I bought one of these gift cards to verify PayPal, I've got a £24 balance left but nowhere seems to accept them, anybody used these cards before?

You can use them to pay your eBay fees :)

I've used them to pay my gas / elec bill.

You could also make a few purchases using the eBay account itself, ensuring you go for items that get delivered to an Argos store for collection.

In return you'd also get a few positive feedback from sellers to get the ball rolling on the account. ;)

Does anyone know if you can use same gift card to confirm more than 1 PayPal account or would that lead to account limited?

It would have the same card number so that would link it, not sure if PayPal even let you add the card if it's added to another account (I know this is the case with bank accounts, I can't imagine it to be different).

It may even in turn link the accounts.

But more importantly, it may not add if the card is AVS, so the address wont match with that on the PayPal account.

you can add it up to two accounts but if u add it to another paypal with different info . It will treat the second one like a scammer and flag it. That is what happend when i added it. 1 min later i was logged out and it told me to contact them.

Interesting, but note OP is in the UK, and UK PayPal might work slightly differently. Just a disclaimer so the OP knows to proceed with caution.

how do you guys add a number with this company as they dont accept mobiles, do you just make up a landline number?
