Hi, is there anybody who has received the money back from Loadoo?
I have sent all needed documents already 3 weeks ago but no action from them.

I’m in contact with Loadoo owner. I was talking with him from January every time he feeds me with promises to transfer money soon. I’m received email from WaveCrest with screenshots that Loadoo unloaded money from WaveCrest account on January 6 so its two months passed, he has all Loadoo customers money but delaying to payback. I still hope it will pay this week I’m running out of patience. If not I will take next steps to get it back.

I have contacted with Mozy on 05.02.2018.He said that money will be this week but unfortunately didn`t returned yetn

This is ridicilous! I'm waiting for more than 15 working days as it is stated in their refund application form.

To be honest I always thought the business had the potential to be very dodgy indeed, all that cash flow, as soon as something goes wrong he can just disappear with his customer's cash, like a Ponzi scheme.

I hope people get their money back, but I would not be overly optimistic

Ive been contacting different card companies and they're all getting different card issuers. Seems like the same one too. They all told me anywhere from 6-8 weeks they'd have the cards ready to go again

I've got my money. I can't say anything bad for Loadoo. I was very satisfied with their service.

Got transfer from Loadoo few days ago. Painfully slow processes by this bureau. Otherwise happy. Got lesson never keep high amount of money on this type of service accounts withdraw on daily basis.

I have been using Muzzie services for some time.
Everything was very smooth.
Couple times was the issues by a bank. They just wanted additional invoices and so
Muzzie was professional and helpful.
I do understand now is the very different situation.
I have not received my refund so far as i have not contacted the bank directly.
Muzzie said he will provide it directly.
I can still see money in the bank
So so far i cannot say anything bad about a guy.
As regarding keeping the money. You always better have it withdrawn on the pretty much daily basis if you using it Stealth or so.
Hopefully few new services will be available very soon.
Loadoo service was really great.If they will refund all customers and will provide new services i will be the first one to jump in to try.

Is there anybody who have received as refund smaller amount than 400eur or they are returning bigger amounts firstly?
I haven't reiceive my money back (near 400eur).
