Yes, it's not working to finalise and make the actual account before I can even connect it to anything. I'm able to register my email to log into my account but there's a second verification phase where they send a 6 digit confirmation code to your email, you have to enter this code within 30 seconds in order to pass the authentication phase which is simple.
I think I've entered this code well over 30 times within 10 seconds let alone 30 seconds and nothing happens. I'm unable to progress from this point.
It never declines the code but the screen simply refreshes so that I have to go through this process all over again. If I get the code wrong it simply tells me re-enter it until I get it right, but this rarely happens and isn't the issue. I don't know whats wrong.
I've tried different browsers and PC's but nothing works. All I want is a functioning account so that I can connect it to paypal.
