Hi,

My case is: PP is blocked by country and i purchased a full stealth. I topup it with BTC2PP through local markets (no problems up to now) and use it for my PP only payments where coins or credit cards are not available. I have stealth EB too but not started to sell yet. So the direction is buy only and cash in through brokers.

My question: What if i link with my real credit card? PP is US, i'm and my CC card is not from US, also name will mismatch. So i may use instant balance.

If this desperate idea does not work, what is the most practical way to top up? I even may transfer amount as coins (irreversable, safe for middleman) and get a PP2PP. No problem for me. If no problem for PP :) I trust sellers here, already approved by forum. Because i have concerns about my methods to cash in. I don't want to limit my PP.

I finally registered stealth guide, reading it, but still time to sell in EB. I have my digital goods sells in bitcoin markets (like premium accounts or services). I see same are sold in EB. One of plans to move same business to EB, so cash out will be in another requirement (not urgent).

I tried to give info as much as i can. Please advice :)

No, not a good idea. The difference between real CC and VCC is card verification. It's easy to see that address/name don't match up with real CC. If these don't match up than it's a red flag which could put your account in review.

Now the only way this would be okay is if address numbers/zip match up but in your case it's not possible.

In other words it draws attention.

Oh OK :( When a site forwards to PP merchant page, i can't see PP balance option there. It asks to use vcc or vba. Do you know if by default can't i use PP balance when a site forwards to PP? I can use the balance with individual payments only (good & services). You know i can still topup with coins as intermediate.

Actually, if you're from a country outside Canada/US/UK you aren't under the AVS tree, so you should be able to use your real card.. just use your card number and the stealth info when it comes to billing.

Even in Canada - I have experimented with real cc and stealth name etc....can work, just saying

Name doesn't matter in most cases, it's just the numbers where match or no match can occur.

That actually makes sense.. I wonder if PayPal has a way around that however.. results will be telling.

What matters is just a perfect VCC. That's all! If you use a stealth Account, I will not recommend using your real Card, which will link you to. In this case, you don't really have to create Stealth Account :-)

I'm OK to create a legit account but not possible from my country. So what can i do?

It doesnt really link you.. you could use any name/address with what I said earlier

Did OP try this in the end? I'm contemplating trying something similar, have one US stealth ebay acc+paypal, but was hesitant to use it, because I couldn't figure out how to transfer funds on because I'm living outside of US. If we really are outside of AVS, it's possible it could work.

You can order a VCC and put in any address you might like.
How much would you like to spend and how would you like to pay for it?
