Easiest way to get a Visa for withdrawals from PayPal?

I use Lithuanian PayPal which allows me to withdraw to card, but it must be a Visa. Any ideas where to get multiple of those for withdrawals from Stealth accounts?

I am interested in knowing if this will work in the US, and where to get these Visas's for stealth accounts?

Only way to to withdraw to a card in the US is a real bank debit card, nothing else is going to work.

Are you in the UK and using a Lithuanian PayPal?

If so, revolut may work.

US PayPal doesn't support withdrawal to cards, at least not with most accounts. I did see them trialling some accounts, but the feature doesn't actually work yet.

Currently its limited to EU based PayPal accounts, excluding UK. (P.s. brexit has nothing to do with this logic :p )
