Not directly to the card no as they don't allow that here in the UK but I've used the sort code & account number to withdraw from both PayPal & Amazon without any issues

You can use it for bank withdraw, but it has issues for withdrawing to card.

I have not tested it in over a year though so it may have changed

not done, but entropay allows withdrawal i believe.

Update.
Wirex cards have different BIN's. Some accept paypal withdrawals, some not.

for UK accounts it's not working , but for other countries yes .

usually EU paypal accounts are source of headache when it comes to adding a bank account or debit cards especially if they're issued from outside the EU , i advice opening a saudi arabian or jordanian paypal , they accept cards without any problems .

Not from UK PayPal because you can't withdraw to cards.

I have tried to withdraw 400 usd. Miss-matched name. No probs that time. Converted to btc easy.
BUT I THINK AFTER A FEW SAME ATTEMPTS ACCOUNT WOULD BE SUSPENDED.

about the wirex card, somebody knows if they still offer virtual cards? i can not find them..

No they don’t anymore.
They’re offering plastic cards only.

okay sad, i knew it wasn't me.. they could at least state this somewhere.. the last post about this is when they announced them -.-

They posted this in their newsletter. Also it was stated that they gonna close all previously issued virtual cards by the end of October..

I did withdraw money from PP to wirex VCCs in the end of 2017.

What's the situation like now? Do they still issue VCC?

sorry. Only plastic cards now.
I am wondering if it would work if I changed the address to mine for wirex to post the cards (the address on paypal accounts would be different then)

They offer cards only to EEA citizen. And to those who successfully verified their details, INCLUDING proof of address. I guess they can ship abroad, but again only for EEA citizen, who verified with utility bills/bank statements etc their actual postal address (that will be used to receive the card).

Right now the address on my wirex account matches the one on my stealth PP account.

Do you think if I change the address on my wirex account (so I could receive the card) I would still be able to add the card to PP?
