Looking to make first stealth a little confused

Im wondering if vanila card from the store still work for paypal and ebay? Also what exactly is a vcc and is there an advantage in using one over a vanilla card.which cards do i use for ebay and paypal

Still a little confused from what i have read using a visa vanilla gift card is ok with paypal but not ebay, what card would i use on ebay

Why not use paypal as the payment source for fees on eBay?

If you already have the card added on paypal should not be an issue
