It's easy for apply new credit card.

Why you want to buy som prepay credit card?

I create a new gmail and ebay and paypal today ,and use a credit card for register a ebay seller account, and list a "pen" for 2 dollar.

looks fine.

may I add my unverified paypal email address in the ebay list? I can verify it several days later.
