Question About VCC for PayPal
 

I am setting up a new business PayPal account with EIN. I have read the forums and the stealth guide.

I purchased a VCC for paypal from this forum. The seller gave me a certain zipcode to use in billing address. Is this normal?

I am worried about adding a second billing address to PayPal that isn't anything close to the zipcode on the account.

I thought I would be able to provide the zipcode for the VCC.

Can someone coach me please on this?

If your based in the UK you are really complicating things a lot more than you need to by trying to use a US PayPal

I don't want to mess up and burn my EIN and bank account info. I am double checking everything because I want this account to last.

I setup the new IP, user account, email and address.

However, I am using a new business address and I don't want to use a normal credit card to verify since the billing would be my home address which is poison for paypal.

I don't have much experience with VCC but from what I read I had expected to setup the billing and zip to match what's on PayPal. Instead it seems I need to add a second billing address.

RE with the VCC that you have bought the best thing to do is talk to the VCC seller and see how they best instruct you to use it

If they are giving you a ZIP to use then it would be an AVS VCC which is a good thing, but you do then need to make sure that the ZIP does match as instructed

I see. They are giving me a zip and suite number to use with any street address, city and state. I just wanted to make sure this second billing address would not raise flag with PayPal.

I would rather dish out for another VCC that can work with my exact billing address if it's going to be frowned on by the peeps at PayPal.
