US prepaid card that support user address?

Where can I purchase a US prepaid card online and this card let the user to enter their billing address? When I use this prepaid credit card, the shopping website can confirm the billing address on the card.

I cannot reply to your message you sent me today so I don’t know how you can help me. It says I need 10 posts before I can message. But Etsy has me at 6 negative ones 2 star and under. And I had Etsy plus. And this was over time frame which I made very clear on my shop
