The main issue is the only good card is Entropay and that is no good for PayPal.

Are you looking to make a buyers account funded by a VCC?

i need to ship a order out

but theres a 21 day holding on my transaction

and i have 0 balance on paypal

and its trying to pull money from my pre paid

i want to get a tracking number for the postage on royal mail

they use paypal now for there payment processer

i could pay as guest but i think it would still link the accounts via tracking numbers

but dont want to pay for a postal label using my real paypal account as i dont want it being linked

but if i dont add a tracking number to the parcel

(even though the customer hasnt paid for tracking)

they will hold payment for 21 days

Why not just go to the PO and pay for it in person then upload the tracing to ebay/PayPal

yer i was just thinking that xx

just dont seem fair that i have to ship it out tracking when the customer has only paid for 1st class standard airmail

even though i set that as an a option which is more expensive

unfair

You dont have to but then you do have to wait a few more days to get your funds out

2/3 months usually. Depends on the account. It can be longer sometimes.

Every sale. Again depends on account though. Some payments may not get held.
