If not, here are some suggestions of things to do to withdraw your money to Morocco:

1) Sell PayPal funds to someone else for cash
2) Use Payoneer
3) Use CIH Bank E-Shopping
4) Send money from your stealth PayPal to your primary PayPal
5) or buy Bitcoin and sell it for cash

There are virtually unlimited things of what you can do to hold some of that sweet PayPal money in your hungry hands.

becareful when doing #4 it's been increasingly risky from what I've seen based on people's experiences

thanks for your help .. Payoneer is working fine for me until they see that i withraw more money every day then is supended ..
im trying now to try cih eshopping card . i heard its take almost 10 days long to have the money on the bank ..
