Account restricted on Entropay?
 

I topped up £100.
I used maybe 3/4 times.
I have £50 left.

First payment on ebay - the seller messed up and I asked for a refund.
This was many months ago now.

Another payment was a subscription service that I was unhappy with. I cancelled before the end of the month.

The other 2 payments were OK.

I haven't done anything radical!

What's happening?
I saw 2 other posts on the same subject, but they are old. I thought I would ask here anyway.

all entropay accounts are restricted now since they are closing there business by april 1 so spend or withdraw the funds before that

The credit card regulations getting strict all around the world, so I doubt you will find any alternative similar to EP
