VCC needed to verify PayPal

Hi,

Will buy some vcc's for paypal verification. Contacted some over pm on marketplkace but no replay from most of.

So if there is enybody contact me private please, ASAP.

What youre doing here is opening yourself up to scammers. Watch your back.

VCC will not verify the account, what you are verifying is the card which lifts the send and receive limit

Unfortunately most VCCs do not work because they are on PayPal Black List. is there any way to validate an vcc before adding to PayPal?
