Does prepaiddigitalsolutions work with PayPal?

Hello,i have a prepaid Virtual Visa Card with $5 balance on:
www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com
My question is: Does this vcc work with PayPal? If i change the card statement information to my PayPal account information,and after this,i link to my account?
Someone have any experience about this website or vcc??

To answer this, it might be why my personal pp is limited now. That might also be why my business pp was flagged too (by association).
I always used my prepaiddigitalsolution to fund my personal pp.
Its legit. Its a payout request from pinecone research survey site but its very limited. I always went through pp to get the cash put into my bank. Its a hassle
