doesn't have to be prepaid card, my question is, how do you guys cash out with paypal?

the paypal account was bought w/ bank/vcc verified. how can i cash out with it?

from searching, i see upcard/simons/gift2go were options. which one still works?

Since you're in the U.S there's really sense for it to be verified under a bank account that's not yours. You should open a new bank account and add that to the paypal account. Then you can withdraw to your account.

Can you use the prepaid card to lift your 500 limit and withdraw? Also, should the VCC information match the information you put for paypal?
